Abstract: This article introduces e-learning as a strategy for staff training. As a general objective, an e-learning model is proposed for a biographical publishing company, whose managers oversee editing print books, e-books and audiobooks. As specific objectives, e-learning is discussed under a distance education perspective to enterprises, skills and abilities required for publishing&#xD;
staff are also under discussion, as well as digital platforms to produce and manage content for e-learning are presented. The study is characterized as a field and exploratory research, based on the participatory research method. As a technique for collecting data, participant observation was adopted through a working group created and managed on WhatsApp to gather the staff of a publishing company. As results, the e-learning proposal is presented from the publisher’s organizational chart and also from seven digital platforms to produce and manage content for e-learning. In conclusion, the proposal of e-learning model can be applied successfully to other organizational environments, as long as there are updates on it, and also those seven digital&#xD;
platforms can be continuously incorporated into e-learning proposals.

Abstract: This article examines the transition of an academic podcast managed by librarians from 2019 to 2023,&#xD;
spanning five seasons of production. As a theoretical foundation, it presents 10 theses published in&#xD;
Brazil, demonstrating the relatively recent development of podcast-related studies. The research&#xD;
method applied was podcast ethnography, utilizing the EEE triangulation – Explore, Engage, and&#xD;
Examine – to analyze and evaluate the content produced for an academic podcast well-established on&#xD;
podosphere. Through this method, the five podcast seasons were successfully analyzed, alongside the&#xD;
proposal of 10 phases that facilitated its transition. This transition was prompted by a migration from&#xD;
the hosting platform PodCloud to Podcastics, as well as a title update for the podcast in 2023. In&#xD;
conclusion, the study highlights that the podosphere can be likened to a rapidly growing digital audio&#xD;
library, offering significant potential for research on information management within this space.

Abstract: This study proposes to present theoretical and conceptual reflections about the contributions of the dialogic and ethical dimensions of information mediation to open peer review. The dimensions adopted in this research are part of the mediation process developed by Gomes, and its use is justified by the fact that the dimensions presented can be materialized from different perspectives in informational environments, including in the spaces of dissemination of the production of the knowledge, such as scientific journals, and, consequently, in&#xD;
the scope of open review, an evaluation modality that aims, from different characteristics, to provide more transparency, ethics and collaboration for the flow of manuscript appreciation, and to consolidate itself as one of the facets addressed by open science. Of an exploratory nature, with a qualitative approach and based on bibliographic research, theoretical and conceptual approximations were found between the mediation of information and its dimensions with open peer review. It is believed that such reflections provided from the understanding of the dimensions, especially the dialogic and ethical ones, can contribute to expand the understanding about the mediation of information in the editorial environment, its approximations with open science, and in particular, with open review.

Abstract: Introduction/Objective: It aims to analyze the perception of editors about the contribution of knowledge sharing among reviewers of scientific articles, aiming at the improvement of the elaboration of reviews. Methods: The study is of exploratory type, conducted through bibliographic research, associated with the questionnaire as a technique for data collection. Content analysis was applied to analyze the data obtained. Results: The instrument was sent via e-mail and 32 editors from various areas of knowledge returned, most of them from the area of Applied Social Sciences, and more than half have six or more years of experience. It was found that most respondents believe that sharing knowledge among reviewers contributes to their improvement and to&#xD;
the improvement of their opinions, and although they recognize such contribution, 87.5% claim that there are no initiatives in the journal where they work that propose the exchange of knowledge. Finally, when asked&#xD;
about having knowledge about similar initiatives, even if in other spheres, some respondents claim to know and cite: the practices proposed by international publishers, which hold webinars and make content available on their websites, the projects and events of the Brazilian Association of Scientific Editors, WhatsApp groups and email lists, and the interaction proposed by the practices of open peer review. Conclusions: Based on the above, it is understood that editors perceive the relevance of knowledge sharing among reviewers, however, they have not yet put into practice such initiatives in the journals in which they work.
