      <title>A research profile on internal audit quality</title>

      <description>Título: A research profile on internal audit quality
Autor(es): Bissol, Luciana Sales Marques; Oliveira, Ualison Rébula de
Abstract: As lacunas acerca da atividade de auditoria interna (AAI), como a qualidade na auditoria&#xD;
interna (QAI), começaram a ser apontadas por pesquisas desenvolvidas após a divulgação&#xD;
da Lei Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Por constituir um assunto que ainda está em&#xD;
desenvolvimento na literatura, este artigo busca delinear o perfil de pesquisa sobre a QAI&#xD;
no período de 1999 a 2021. Para este fim, foi efetuado o perfil bibliométrico sobre o tema,&#xD;
resultando na identificação de como a área de pesquisa progrediu ao longo dos últimos 22&#xD;
anos, englobando os aglomerados de pesquisa, os principais campos de estudo e as redes&#xD;
de citações. Como resultado, foram gerados dois mapas: um baseado em dados de texto e&#xD;
um baseado em dados bibliográficos.

      <title>Empreendedorismo público à luz das teorias da prática</title>

      <description>Título: Empreendedorismo público à luz das teorias da prática
Autor(es): Silva, Camila de Assis; Araújo, Elisabeth Thaiane Tercino de; Anjo, José Edemir da Silva; Brito, Valéria da Glória Pereira; Andrade, Daniela Meirelles
Abstract: The purpose of this study is understanding the entrepreneurial action in the light of the&#xD;
theories of practice. The article establishes a dialogue through the theoretical-conceptual&#xD;
articulations between the notion of entrepreneurial action, present in the studies of public&#xD;
entrepreneurship and the movement of studies on the theories of practice. The data utilized&#xD;
was essentially secondary, based on the scientific production referring to the object of study,&#xD;
which was analyzed through a narrative review. It could be observed that the link between&#xD;
the theories of practice and entrepreneurship in the public sector consists in the&#xD;
entrepreneurial action. This can be observed due to the fact that the entrepreneurial action&#xD;
allows considering public entrepreneurship as a practice.

      <description>Título: Mapeamento científico na Scopus com o Biblioshiny: uma análise bibliométrica das tensões organizacionais
Autor(es): Silva, Maria do Socorro Torres; Correia, Suzanne Érica Nóbrega; Oliveira, Verônica Macário de
Abstract: The aim of this study is to carry out a bibliometric mapping of the scientific production built&#xD;
around organizational tensions, one of the central subjects of the international management&#xD;
literature. For that, a bibliometric analysis of the publications indexed in Scopus during the&#xD;
last 20 years was carried out, operationalized with the help of the Biblioshiny software, from&#xD;
RStudio. The main results indicate a representative growth of academic production in the&#xD;
last 5 years. There is a predominance of qualitative and theoretical research, which covers&#xD;
almost all of the analyzed studies. In addition, the work presents the most influential authors,&#xD;
countries, journals and articles, highlighting motor and basic themes, trend topics, gaps and&#xD;
research opportunities in the investigated field.

      <title>Fenomenografia como método de pesquisa para a educação em Administração</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.ufc.br/handle/riufc/64846</link>
      <description>Título: Fenomenografia como método de pesquisa para a educação em Administração
Autor(es): Santos, Gabriela Tavares dos; Silva, Anielson Barbosa da
Abstract: This methodological essay characterises phenomenography as a research method to&#xD;
broaden the understanding of the phenomenon of management education in Brazil. The&#xD;
historical evolution, epistemological positioning, and basic elements of the method are&#xD;
presented first, followed by a description of the phenomenographic research process, with an&#xD;
emphasis on the scenario, and the procedures for data collection and analysis to identify the&#xD;
convergent perceptions or conceptions. For management education, the results of studies&#xD;
underpinned by phenomenography may help agents involved in the teaching-learning process&#xD;
understand how students and professors experience phenomena and aid not only in how&#xD;
curricula are structured but also in the planning process and the teaching in the environment&#xD;
where students learn.
