      <title>Estratégias de resiliência em cadeias de suprimentos: uma revisão sistemática de literatura</title>

      <description>Título: Estratégias de resiliência em cadeias de suprimentos: uma revisão sistemática de literatura
Autor(es): Braga, Francisco Danicleiton Silva
Abstract: Supply chains face increasing challenges due to their global complexity and exposure to&#xD;
disruptions such as health crises, natural disasters, and economic instabilities. Supply chain&#xD;
resilience has been widely studied as a key factor in mitigating the impacts of disruptions and&#xD;
ensuring operational continuity. This study aimed to discuss the state of the art in research on&#xD;
supply chain resilience strategies from 2014 to 2024. To achieve this, a systematic literature&#xD;
review (SLR) was conducted. Articles published in the Web of Science and Scopus databases&#xD;
were analyzed using the R software, the Bibliometrix package, and its Biblioshiny extension.&#xD;
The results highlighted the importance of supplier diversification, the adoption of emerging&#xD;
technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence, and collaboration among supply&#xD;
chain agents in mitigating risks and recovering from disruptive events. However, a gap was&#xD;
identified in the literature regarding empirical studies that validate the applicability of these&#xD;
strategies across different sectors.

      <title>Qualidade de vida no trabalho de guias de turismo na cidade de Fortaleza</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.ufc.br/handle/riufc/86761</link>
      <description>Título: Qualidade de vida no trabalho de guias de turismo na cidade de Fortaleza
Autor(es): Barroso, Eveline Moreira
Abstract: Workers in the tourism sector often face challenging work environments, especially&#xD;
regarding shifts that involve working on holidays and weekends, with long working&#xD;
hours and low wages. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of tour guides in&#xD;
Fortaleza, Ceará, regarding their quality of work life (QWL). It is a descriptive field&#xD;
study, also characterized as qualitative, conducted through in-person interviews with&#xD;
twelve tour guides. The responses revealed that the quality of work life directly&#xD;
affects employees' satisfaction and motivation, with stress and extensive working&#xD;
hours being the main sources of dissatisfaction at work. Thus, it is up to managers to&#xD;
play a fundamental role by adopting positive practices that enhance the quality of&#xD;
work life.

      <title>Mães primíparas e a volta ao trabalho: estudo descritivo em uma empresa de microcredito</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.ufc.br/handle/riufc/86760</link>
      <description>Título: Mães primíparas e a volta ao trabalho: estudo descritivo em uma empresa de microcredito
Autor(es): Bruno, Yohana de Lima Viana
Abstract: The trajectory of women, marked by achievements and challenges, has transformed the old&#xD;
dichotomy between motherhood and work into complementary aspects. In this context, this&#xD;
descriptive study aimed to investigate the difficulties faced by first-time mothers during pregnancy&#xD;
and their return to work after maternity leave in a microcredit company. The results indicate&#xD;
that, although most employees demonstrate awareness of their rights and benefits, significant&#xD;
gaps persist, such as the need to extend maternity leave, flexible working hours, and greater&#xD;
psychological support. The conclusion suggests that, despite the organization’s positive initiatives&#xD;
— such as facilitating access to rights — it is essential to implement internal governance&#xD;
policies and actions that enable more effective support for first-time mothers. As a contribution,&#xD;
the research highlights the importance of companies adopting inclusive strategies, capable of&#xD;
reconciling professional and family demands, promoting a more sensitive and welcoming work&#xD;
environment.

      <title>Processo de desenvolvimento de um produto omnichannel para contact centers</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.ufc.br/handle/riufc/86759</link>
      <description>Título: Processo de desenvolvimento de um produto omnichannel para contact centers
Autor(es): Araújo, Ana Vitória Alves de
Abstract: The development of technological products aimed at automation plays a strategic role,&#xD;
allowing organizations to differentiate themselves and gain significant competitive&#xD;
advantages. The main objective of this study was to analyze the internal process of&#xD;
developing an omnichannel product for contact centers, highlighting the practices&#xD;
adopted and the challenges faced by the team involved. The methodology used was&#xD;
qualitative, structured as a case study. The research combined the analysis of internal&#xD;
documents from the company and the application of questionnaires and interviews with&#xD;
members of the development team, managers, and directors. The company analyzed,&#xD;
based in Fortaleza, Ceará, specializes in the development and commercialization of&#xD;
technological solutions for omnichannel and artificial intelligence, serving over two&#xD;
thousand clients across Brazil. Data collection occurred between December 2024 and&#xD;
January 2025, involving 11 respondents, including developers, a project manager, and&#xD;
a technology director. The results revealed that, despite the adoption of agile&#xD;
methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, the team faces significant barriers that&#xD;
impact the efficiency of product development. Among the main challenges identified&#xD;
are the inadequate prioritization of demands and communication gaps between&#xD;
different areas of the company. The areas for improvement are social and&#xD;
administrative. This study contributes to the literature on the development of&#xD;
technological products in highly competitive and dynamic environments, highlighting&#xD;
the integration of agile methodologies and product management practices. The&#xD;
practical implications suggest implementing OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to&#xD;
align organizational strategy with team goals, as well as automating critical processes&#xD;
and improving interdepartmental communication to overcome the identified&#xD;
challenges. The combination of agile methodologies, management tools, and&#xD;
continuous training is essential to deliver high-quality products aligned with market&#xD;
demands.
