      <description>Título: Comunicação organizacional hoje: como as lógicas das redes sociais atravessam o Slack e ressignificam as interações no ambiente corporativo
Autor(es): Filiú, Fernanda Luisa Martins Vasconcelos
Abstract: This research investigates how the use of Slack – a tool whose logic, grammar, and&#xD;
functionalities resemble those of digital social networks – contributes to redefining&#xD;
interactions in the work environment. It is based on the premise that the platform promotes&#xD;
apparently more spontaneous and horizontal interactions, accentuating contacts that go&#xD;
beyond strictly professional relationships. The study is inserted in the field of organizational&#xD;
communication and digital platforms. To this end, the following methodological procedures&#xD;
were adopted: a) exploratory research on the functionalities of Slack; b) application of an&#xD;
online form (questionnaire) with 54 employees of companies that use Slack or similar tools as&#xD;
the main means of organizational communication; and c) semi-structured interviews with&#xD;
eight employees from the same company who used Slack and answered the online form.&#xD;
Among the main results, the research showed that workers identify similarities between Slack&#xD;
and digital social networks, which favors informal interactions and conversations that go&#xD;
beyond the strictly professional scope. It was observed, however, that organizational culture&#xD;
plays a central role in these dynamics: informality and spontaneity depend more on the&#xD;
company's social practices than on the platform's functionalities. The changes perceived are&#xD;
concentrated above all in the form of communication — more fluid and less formal — and not&#xD;
in power relations. Thus, Slack partially redefines interaction at work, with effects that vary&#xD;
according to organizational culture, teams, and individual perceptions.

      <title>Inquietos: fragmentos sensíveis de encontros</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.ufc.br/handle/riufc/87114</link>
      <description>Título: Inquietos: fragmentos sensíveis de encontros
Autor(es): Morais, Vicente Buccarini Mesquita de
Abstract: “Inquietos: fragmentos sensíveis de encontros” focuses on the encounters made&#xD;
possible through interviews, understood as spaces of listening, affection, and&#xD;
narrative construction. The work consists of journalistic profiles portraying fragments&#xD;
of lives shaped by the city of Fortaleza, addressing themes such as friendship, love,&#xD;
memory, bohemian life, and uncertainty. Grounded in the theoretical framework of the&#xD;
book-reportage genre (Lima, 2009), narrative journalism, and studies on journalistic&#xD;
profiles (Maia, 2020; Moraes, 2019), the project embraces subjectivity and the&#xD;
reporter’s involvement as constitutive elements of the narrative. It is based on&#xD;
open-ended interviews, prolonged coexistence, and diverse writing strategies. The&#xD;
study advocates for a slow, ethical, and sensitive form of journalism that values the&#xD;
encounter both as method and outcome.

      <title>Quem é o monstro? A infamiliaridade no cinema de Hirokazu Koreeda</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.ufc.br/handle/riufc/86593</link>
      <description>Título: Quem é o monstro? A infamiliaridade no cinema de Hirokazu Koreeda
Autor(es): Lima, Pedro Igor de Sousa
Abstract: This work investigates the relationship between the concept of the uncanny (Unheimliche), present in Freudian psychoanalysis theory, and narrative studies with focus on the work of&#xD;
Japanese filmmaker Hirokazu Koreeda. The overall objective of this research is to examine&#xD;
the applicability of the uncanny as an aesthetic effect experienced in the film Monster (2023). The hypothesis is that the film uses a four-act narrative structure originally from the Eastern&#xD;
Asian tradition, known in Japan as kishotenketsu, to produce catalysis through unfamiliarity. The work presents a theoretical framework on the metaphysics of narrative structures, including the four-act structure, and unfamiliarity as in Freud (1919). The works of Fonseca&#xD;
(2019) and Harnercker (2025) support significantly the foundations of an ontology of&#xD;
narratives, as well as the works of Arnavas &amp; Bellini (2023) and Alzhanov et al (2024) give a&#xD;
panoramic view on the kishotenketsu structure. The method of analysis was a poetic analysis&#xD;
of the film's narrative structure, seeking the strategies used to produce aesthetic effects and&#xD;
catharsis. The results of the investigation support that the uncanny as an aesthetic effect can&#xD;
be appreciated in Monster (2023) through the relationships established between the filmic&#xD;
elements present in the narrative, in addition the results point to questions related to the&#xD;
ontology of the four-act structure and the uncanny as a methodological paradigm in queer.
