Pregnancy is a time full of emotions, expectations, and discoveries—and sometimes, unexpected challenges as well. Closely monitoring the babies' development, the pregnant woman, her family, and healthcare professionals work together towards a safe delivery and a healthy start to life. The joy is already immense with one pregnancy; how much more so when it comes in double! A twin pregnancy brings with it countless expectations, but sometimes it can be accompanied by some challenges. Twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) is an important condition that deserves special attention. Early identification of this syndrome and understanding its implications can make all the difference in prenatal care and protecting the health of babies. Each examination, each consultation, and each act of care becomes an opportunity to strengthen the pregnancy journey and offer emotional and practical support to families facing this diagnosis. Therefore, this booklet was prepared with care and responsibility: to guide, support, and bring hope. We hope this material will be a useful tool for mothers, fathers, and caregivers seeking to better understand TTTS (Thoracic and Trichosphygmomanectomy) and find ways to cope with the challenges it presents.
