    <title>Entre a preservação e o esquecimento: desafios da Coleção Ceres do MIS-CE</title>

    <description>Título: Entre a preservação e o esquecimento: desafios da Coleção Ceres do MIS-CE

Abstract: This study analyzes the challenges faced by the Museum of Image and Sound of Ceará&#xD;
(MIS-CE) in preserving the Ceres Collection, a set of audiovisual records of significant&#xD;
historical and cultural value. The main objective is to understand the factors that place this&#xD;
collection at risk of being forgotten, despite its patrimonial importance, and to reflect on the&#xD;
limitations of public and institutional policies in the field of collective memory preservation.&#xD;
The methodology used was exclusively bibliographic, based on authors who discuss&#xD;
memory, cultural heritage, critical museology, and preservation policies. The analysis&#xD;
revealed that although the Ceres Collection has symbolic and documentary relevance, its&#xD;
conservation is hindered by technical, institutional, and financial obstacles, as well as the&#xD;
lack of effective strategies for appreciation and accessibility. It is concluded that the&#xD;
permanence of audiovisual memory in museum spaces depends not only on the&#xD;
materiality of media, but mainly on political decisions and the recognition of the cultural&#xD;
value of the records that compose a people's history.

    <title>A inclusão de surdos em espaços de cultura e informação: uma proposta de analisar as estratégias de acessibilidade para pessoas surdas na Biblioteca Pública Municipal Capistrano de Abreu em Maranguape-CE</title>

    <description>Título: A inclusão de surdos em espaços de cultura e informação: uma proposta de analisar as estratégias de acessibilidade para pessoas surdas na Biblioteca Pública Municipal Capistrano de Abreu em Maranguape-CE
Autor(es): Silva, Nayane Ferreira da
Abstract: This article aims to analyze the accessibility strategies applied to deaf people at the&#xD;
Capistrano de Abreu Local Public Library in Maranguape-CE. Specifically, it attempts to&#xD;
identify the accessibility actions applied to deaf people that the library uses and to check&#xD;
whether the institution has a satisfactory structure to serve deaf users in accordance with&#xD;
the Guidelines for Library Services to Deaf People (GLSDP). The research is qualitative&#xD;
and descriptive in nature, with the application of a questionnaire and an interview with the&#xD;
institution's librarian. The results obtained by the research indicate that, despite the efforts&#xD;
and broad vision of the management, the Capistrano de Abreu Local Public Library does&#xD;
not have accessibility strategies that take deaf people into account, since it lacks an&#xD;
adequate structure to promote the training of its employees in regard to basic knowledge&#xD;
about deaf culture. The conclusion is that even with the limitations presented, debating the&#xD;
presence (or absence) of deaf users in the spaces of the Capistrano de Abreu Library is&#xD;
extremely necessary so that this audience can be included in the library's planning.&#xD;
Thinking about the deaf community when developing collections, promoting events and&#xD;
providing training contributes to making deaf people's participation in cultural and&#xD;
information spaces increasingly effective.

    <description>Título: Disseminação da informação em rede social da Biblioteca Pública Estadual do Ceará (BECE)
Autor(es): Sousa, Sarah Fortes de
Abstract: This research aims to present the dissemination of information on the Instagram profile of&#xD;
the Ceará State Public Library (BECE). It is an exploratory case study with qualitative&#xD;
analysis as the methodological approach. The data was collected from the library profile&#xD;
through the Dolphin Radar website and analyzed using content analysis techniques.&#xD;
According to the results, the posts that generate the most public engagement are those&#xD;
reporting on events in which the community can participate and that have themes more&#xD;
closely related to the educational and social sphere. We also found that the frequency of&#xD;
posts keeps the profile active, and there is a preference for communication through&#xD;
images, while videos are a medium that should be further explored. We conclude that&#xD;
BECE's Instagram disseminates information effectively and is able to bring together&#xD;
diverse audiences, fostering interaction in both remote and in-person services.

    <title>A mediação cultural na animação A viagem de Chihiro: elementos culturais e xintoístas</title>

    <description>Título: A mediação cultural na animação A viagem de Chihiro: elementos culturais e xintoístas
Autor(es): Silva, Nadila Maria Rodrigues da
Abstract: This Final Undergraduate Project, entitled “Cultural Mediation in the Animation Spirited Away:&#xD;
Cultural and Shinto Elements,” analyzes the film Spirited Away based on the premise that the&#xD;
animation conveys cultural and Shinto elements, functioning as a cultural agent. The aim is to&#xD;
understand how these elements are represented throughout the narrative and how they contribute to&#xD;
mediating Japanese culture to the audience. Thus, the study involves the identification, description,&#xD;
and interpretation of these elements, based on the assumption that they refer to Shintoism, the&#xD;
traditional religion of Japan. Characterized as a qualitative analysis, the research indicates that the&#xD;
animation, in addition to portraying Shintoism in specific moments through symbolic characters,&#xD;
objects, and actions, also functions as a cultural mediator by conveying Japanese values, beliefs,&#xD;
and traditions in an accessible, dynamic, and comprehensible way, especially for audiences&#xD;
unfamiliar with Eastern culture.
