    <summary type="text">Título: Comprometimento organizacional: um estudo empírico na indústria de TIC do Estado do Ceará

Abstract: With the strengthening of the behavioral approach of people management from the 1960s, a new field of multidisciplinary study called organizational behavior emerged. This field studies the behavior of people within an organization and its impact on performance. One of the most important manifestations of an individual's behavior in the organization to which he belongs is the established links between him and the organization. Among the links, the commitment is highlighted. It is in this context that the research seeks to apply the model of organizational commitment of Medeiros (2003) that initially presents itself as a scale of organizational&#xD;
commitment with good adjustment to the Brazilian culture. The model of Medeiros (2003) is composed by four dimensions: affective (identification with the values and objectives of the organization), affiliative (feeling of being part of the group), normative (the individual commits himself to the organization because he thinks it is right morally to do) and continuance (impairment resulting from the calculation of costs and benefits associated with their stay in the company). The research was applied with workers from the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry in the brazilian state of Ceará. The choice for this group is justified&#xD;
by the high turnover rate of the sector, its large contingent of young professionals, and its positive impact on the dynamics of other sectors. The research is classified as quantitative, descriptive (since it seeks to discover the characteristics of a given population or phenomenon) and explanatory, because it seeks to discover which factors (sociodemographic variables) contribute to the occurrence of a phenomenon (organizational impairment). A total of 385 (three hundred eighty-five) responses were collected through a questionnaire composed of seven sociodemographic variables (gender, marital status, employment status, occupational group, family financial responsibility, education level and length of service) and 30 (thirty) questions from the Medeiros model (2003). The techniques of Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were applied with the aid of SPPS and AMOS software. The results indicate that the model of Medeiros (2003) does not fit well with the group studied (workers from the ICT industry in Ceará), and it is possible to arrive at the model of good fit with three dimensions: affective-affiliative (gathers affective and affiliative), normative and continuance. Another important conclusion was the considerable lower level of instrumental&#xD;
and affective-affiliative commitment among outsourcers.

Abstract: The uses of language, as well as its teaching and learning at school, deserve a significant look&#xD;
by scholars and professionals who work in education, and in this sense, it is that the present&#xD;
research has its relevance, as it proposes to study the marks of orality in students’ writing, which&#xD;
begins with the investigative question: is there a presence of orality marks in students’ texts in&#xD;
municipal public education institutions in Fortaleza/CE? From this concern, we aim to show&#xD;
that these marks, identified as characteristics of oral speech, can be found in the written speech&#xD;
of students. Therefore, we structured the theoretical foundation based on authors such as&#xD;
Marcuschi (1989, 1992, 1995, 1998, 2001); Pontes (1988); Ramos (1999); Rector &amp; Trinta&#xD;
(1986, 1995); Urbano (1993); Antunes (1994); Bagno (2000); Barros (2000); Cagliari (1992);&#xD;
Castilho ( 1989, 1990, 2000); Fávero (2002); Koch (1995, 1997, 2009, 2010, 2015); Lyons&#xD;
(1981). The present research of basic nature fits as quali-quantitative, descriptive and field. Is&#xD;
used essays and questionnaires as instruments. The essays were concrete sources of the study&#xD;
carried out by the researcher on the marks of orality in the students’ texts, and the questionnaires&#xD;
were a source of reflection on the understanding of the final actors involved in the classroom&#xD;
with the teaching-learning of the portuguese language, which at school is directed more&#xD;
specifically to writing and there are understandings that cannot, in any way, discredit and&#xD;
disregard the oral modalities. That are in use in different segments of society, at all levels. The&#xD;
study also takes into account the issue of linguistics prejudice, which reinforces the idea that&#xD;
linguistic variations are inferior to the standard norm. Based on a sociolinguistic view, it is&#xD;
understood that it is up to the school, therefore, to teach normative grammar, but with the&#xD;
responsibility of also adding as an educational focus, the importance of studying oral modalities&#xD;
within a social vision without prejudice and welcoming, so that the student can appropriate the&#xD;
knowledge of the language, and be able to use it in the various possible ways within their needs&#xD;
for social uses.

    <summary type="text">Título: Serviço de Referência em Bibliotecas Universitárias: proposta de política aplicada as universidades federais do Nordeste brasileiro

Abstract: It deals with the Reference Service (RS) in the context of the Libraries of Federal Universities in the Northeast region of Brazil. It presents the following question as a problematic element: how is it possible to structure a policy for the development of the reference service in the libraries of Federal Universities in Northeast Brazil, through an approach on the achievements of this service? Its general objective is to identify reference service practices in the libraries of federal universities in Northeast Brazil and to propose strategies for their dynamization. The general objective is subdivided into three specific objectives: To identify the existing guidelines related to the RS performance in the libraries of federal universities in the Northeast; Establish performance parameters for RS in university libraries and Propose a development policy for RS in libraries of federal universities in the Northeast. Based on these objectives, it presents and discusses the trajectory of policies aimed at universities, especially those dedicated to university libraries. It exposes the historical evolution and discusses the concepts associated with RS, presents its structure and interrelations in the university environment, as well as provides examples of guidelines and actions related to this sector developed by institutions from various parts of the world. Methodologically, it makes use of document analysis, with the analyzed documents being collected on the websites of the 18 institutions investigated, and a semi-structured electronic questionnaire applied to librarians who work in the libraries of the researched federal universities. The collected data were examined based on discourse analysis. From the examination of the data, it concludes that the library systems analyzed, in their majority, carry out reference activities. However, there is a predominance of traditional RS practices. In addition, it was found that there are no guidelines for the performance of the reference service in the researched libraries, but there is, on the part of the librarians, the desire for such resources to be made available. Finally, a policy was proposed to guide the performance and development of RS within the university library.

    <summary type="text">Título: Gestão da segurança da informação em bibliotecas: elementos para elaboração de uma Política de Segurança da Informação na Biblioteca Central da Universidade Federal da Paraíba

Abstract: The information protection has become an extremely critical factor for organizations and Government&#xD;
entities. This involves not only the conventional environment, but also the technological and&#xD;
informational networking infrastructure. This study set out to address the information security as part of&#xD;
a University Library context. Even though a familiar environment with the information management&#xD;
processes, the libraries come suffering with problems related to lack of information on security&#xD;
management. For this purpose, this research studies the elements of information security management&#xD;
that allow the elaboration of a minute of information security policy for the Central Library of the&#xD;
Federal University of Paraíba. As the methodological aspects, is characterized as qualitative, descriptive&#xD;
type. As instrument methodology of data collection, tabulation and analysis, uses the Facilitated Process&#xD;
of risk analysis and assessment (FRAAP), which was supplemented with quiz and analysis of content&#xD;
according to Bardin. The results indicat a group of fifteen threats, among which detected nine physical&#xD;
threats, two logical threats and four threats related to processes. Finally, it was found that the Central&#xD;
Library of UFPB needs to reflect on an action plan directed to information security, to guarantee the&#xD;
confidentiality, integrity and safeguard of the organization's critical management information. With the&#xD;
results, it is expected to contribute with information security in the context of the Central Library of&#xD;
UFPB with the proposed minute information security policy, enabling new contributions to the&#xD;
development of the processes of management of the University Library.
