Abstract: The growing interest in hybrid games, which combine elements from both analog and digital worlds, has demonstrated their potential to transform play experiences across various fields, such as entertainment, education, and healthcare. However, there is still a lack of studies that classify their mechanics and genres, which hinders the development of new titles and innovations in the area. This study proposes a mapping of the grey literature on commercial hybrid games, focusing on the identification of genre and mechanics patterns to support the creation and adaptation of such games. The methodology involves the analysis of manuals and statistics from commercial hybrid games selected from the BoardGameGeek platform, based on specific criteria such as popularity and commercial availability. The study aims to identify prevailing trends, common mechanics, and the complexity of these games, providing an overview for developers and researchers.

Abstract: Large Language Models (LLMs)represent a transformative technology in several areas, including the legal sector. However, the propensity of these models to generate non-factual information, known as "hallucinations,"poses a significant risk to their application in contexts that demand high precision. This work proposes and evaluates a strategy that adapts the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture as a mechanism to validate arguments extracted from legal documents. The main objective is to extract arguments from defense briefs and then validate them by cross-referencing them with the most similar excerpts from the source document itself, thereby increasing the process’s reliability. The methodology included a comparative analysis between open-source and proprietary models, and the development of a system that provides explicit traceability for each generated argument. The results indicate that validation is crucial and that the proposed approach increases confidence in the tool, allowing even free models to achieve robust performance. It is concluded that the effective integration of AI in law depends on hybrid systems that combine automation with qualified human supervision.

Abstract: Providing an environment where everyone can feel included and accepted is a duty of all society.
People with disabilities have the moral, ethical, and legal right to receive all possible assistance
to achieve this. The technology market has grown and attracted significant attention, providing a
variety of opportunities. These opportunities should also be offered fairly to people with visual
impairments, providing them with assistance, tools, and whatever else is necessary to carry out
their activities. These results serve to inform the perspective of how professionals with visual
impairments in the technology field, particularly in the systems development sector, operate and
use tools to assist in their tasks. This work also aims to collect information on the main tools and
plugins used, seeking to demonstrate the complexity of developing and accessing assistive tools
that can help these professionals.

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the quality of Information Technology (IT) services
provided by the support department of a municipal government agency in Brazil,
using the SERVQUAL method. The research was conducted in two main stages: a
quantitative survey using an adapted SERVQUAL questionnaire and a qualitative
analysis through a focus group with the IT support team. The results revealed
significant gaps between users' expectations and perceptions, especially in the
dimensions of reliability and responsiveness. Additionally, the focus group highlighted
the importance of clear and efficient communication as a key factor for service
improvement, suggesting actions such as process automation, team expansion, and
automatic user notifications. The study contributes to identifying opportunities for
service enhancement and reinforces the importance of quality management in the
public sector.
