Abstract: Faced with the use of strategic tools in the market, there is the CRM, a personalized&#xD;
system for the diversified service of companies towards their customers, being a great&#xD;
focal point of the success of several organizations in the world. Thus, this work has the&#xD;
general objective of understanding how the analyzed company, which is in the&#xD;
education area focused on the pharmaceutical sector, had impacts with the&#xD;
implementation of CRM in its commercial area. In methodological matters, the work&#xD;
has a qualitative character, with a descriptive purpose, using the technique of&#xD;
documental and field research. With this study, it was noticeable how the use of CRM&#xD;
in the commercial area of the analyzed organization, managed to contribute to the&#xD;
positive results of the company, in terms of sales. Finally, the study contributes directly&#xD;
to the market's perception of how investment in strategic tools, in the commercial area,&#xD;
can contribute to companies' results.

Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the influence of collectible product&#xD;
characteristics on consumers' purchasing decision-making process, considering&#xD;
different types of products in the current collectibles market. Its development was&#xD;
motivated by the growth of the collectibles market, which encompasses a wide&#xD;
variety of products. The research was conducted based on a questionnaire&#xD;
distributed to consumers of collectible products, analyzing how much they are&#xD;
influenced in their purchasing process by the following characteristics: rarity,&#xD;
aesthetics, quality, utility, theme and emotional value of the products. The&#xD;
methodology used was descriptive and involved the collection of quantitative data,&#xD;
followed by statistical analysis with mean, mode and standard deviation, making it&#xD;
possible to identify the characteristics most valued by consumers at different stages&#xD;
of the purchasing decision-making process and how they may vary depending on the&#xD;
type of collectible. The results demonstrate that quality and theme are the most&#xD;
influential characteristics in the consumer's purchasing decision-making process. It is&#xD;
concluded that understanding these characteristics can help companies in the sector&#xD;
to develop more effective marketing strategies, aligned with collectors' preferences.&#xD;
The study offers relevant contributions to the academic field and the collectibles&#xD;
industry, highlighting the importance of priority factors in the collectors' purchasing&#xD;
decision process.

Abstract: Globalization has led to the growth of electronics trade, encouraging large brands of&#xD;
technological products to develop more advanced technologies. The waste generated by&#xD;
technological growth has negative impacts on public health and the environment. Thus, viable&#xD;
alternatives are sought for managing this waste and raising awareness among the population.&#xD;
This case study aims to analyze how the electronics reuse process carried out by Megazone&#xD;
informatics works. The methodology used was descriptive research with a qualitative approach.&#xD;
Furthermore, there was an understanding of how the owner's decision method works for reusing&#xD;
and reconditioning products entering the store. The results obtained in the research indicate that&#xD;
this market is growing and there is a large turnover of products, such as the entry of a significant&#xD;
number of smartphones, the removal of their parts and their subsequent sale. Furthermore, there&#xD;
are positive economic and environmental results, reducing what would otherwise be waste and&#xD;
transforming it into a regular product in good condition. It can be concluded that it is a&#xD;
promising business model to inspire new ventures.
