Abstract: Software usability tests impact on software quality. Public and private organizations continually need&#xD;
usable systems. In this work we proceeded a usability evaluation of an e-commerce site, using a&#xD;
heuristic and laboratory tests combination methodology. Although we obtained positive results, we&#xD;
observed that there are some aspects that demand designers intervention, showing that continual&#xD;
usability evaluation is important to improve software quality.

    <summary type="text">Título: A educação continuada na gestão universitária: o caso do mestrado profissional em políticas públicas e gestão da educação superior (POLEDUC)

Abstract: The Masters Professionals have as main objective to equip workers cognitive tools and practices to&#xD;
adequately perform activities in the organizations in which they work. The Federal University of&#xD;
Ceará (UFC), congregates strategic management, thereby creating in 2005 a Masters in Public&#xD;
Policy and Management in Higher Education (POLEDUC), aiming present planning processes and&#xD;
innovative management that would boost the academic and administrative UFC, to improve its&#xD;
educational policies and management with efficient mechanisms of institutional interaction and the&#xD;
external environment. This research, qualitative, quantitative and descriptive, it is proposed to&#xD;
evaluate the results achieved by POLEDUC as a mechanism for continuing education, as well as the&#xD;
changes produced in the graduates and strategic management of the UFC. In the results, there are&#xD;
indications, that the consistent POLEDUC is a good mechanism for continuing education, so the&#xD;
Federal University of Ceará is a learning institution and contributed positively in life of graduates,&#xD;
given that these have built new knowledge of strategic management innovative. But despite the&#xD;
significant change in the professional activities of graduates, there are no indications of changes&#xD;
introduced in university management, in view of the low level of use of the knowledge generated in&#xD;
the dissertations, for the improvement of professional practices and management in order that the&#xD;
creation of the course was anchored on a policy of ongoing training of servers UFC and similar&#xD;
institutions and partners.

    <summary type="text">Título: Eficácia da formação universitária através da análise da inserção laboral de egressos

Abstract: Higher education has occupied in recent decades in our country, an increasingly&#xD;
important space within the educational policies, especially regarding the quality of&#xD;
education offered, as well, opening possibilities for the integration of its graduates in&#xD;
the market job. This fact is evidenced mainly by implementing policies of expansion,&#xD;
regulation and evaluation of higher education through the Ministry of Education. This&#xD;
research aims to verify the effectiveness of university education by analyzing the&#xD;
employability of the students who graduated from the Administration course of the&#xD;
Faculdade Cearense. A semi-structured to obtain the results of the analysis and&#xD;
construction questionnaire was applied. The results show that there was a job&#xD;
placement of graduates after graduation and that graduates demonstrate favorable&#xD;
opinions about the course.
