Abstract: Introduction: The use of digital information and
communication technologies in the teaching of
Human Anatomy is important for helping to
enhance teaching and make learning more
dynamic, being a complementary strategy to
classroom teaching. Objective: To develop
pedagogical teaching tools based on virtual
media to assist teaching-learning in Human
Anatomy. Methodology: This is an experience
report on the development of teaching materials
in Human Anatomy using information and
communication technologies. Initially, there was
the creation of a channel on YouTube, with the
deposit of videos according to the anatomical
systems presenting the anatomical terms of
each structure. Then, an Instagram profile for the
laboratory that involves the subjects was created
and fed weekly (posters, videos, polls), according
to the subjects of the subjects. Results: Videos
(n = 11) were posted on YouTube and Instagram
(n = 2) videos and (n = 12) photos were posted,
evidencing the good acceptance and positive
results obtained in the use of new teaching aid
methodologies. Conclusion: Information and
communication technologies are important for
the teaching-learning process. Virtual media in
Human Anatomy favor and enhance the active
learning of students.

Abstract: Introduction: Chatbots are software capable of maintaining a conversation through natural language processing. In health, chatbots support different areas. However, there are few studies involving urgent and emergency services. Objective: to carry out a literature review about the tools used to assist urgencies and emergencies, evaluating and verifying the use of chatbots in this area, as well as whether these virtual assistants are being used for training. Methods: Integrative review conducted with 07 descriptors in 05 databases with publications from 2014 to 2020 in Portuguese and English. Results: 1539 studies were found, of which only 14 were included in the review, and the particularities of the chatbots found were evaluated, under the following criteria: remote assistance; feedback; flowchart; notification. Conclusion: chatbots can be promising tools in urgent and emergency situations.

Abstract: Introduction: Integrative and Complementary Practices in Health (PICS) are care actions used in care; and its implementation incorporating as Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC) is a topic to be better known. Objective: To discuss the PICS that make use of TDIC for health care in the literature. Materials and method: This is an integrative review of the literature published between 2006 and 2019, using the descriptors “digital health”, “telemedicine”, “applications” and “complementary therapies”. A search was carried out in the following databases: MEDLINE, LILACS, IBECS, CUMED, HomeoIndex, Index Psi Technical-scientific journals, PAHO-IRIS, BDENF, WHOLIS and MOSAICO in the Virtual Health Library in Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicines (BVS -MTCI). Results: After the selection process, 16 articles were analyzed. Discussion: The most topics were meditation; mental health and mobile app usage. The studies analyzed are unanimous regarding the benefits of using TDICs associated with different PICS. Be careful, factors such as poor access and the customer's precarious ability to use the internet become obstacles to changing thermalcomfort. Conclusion:It is important for Brazil to follow this global movement as a way of expanding access to comprehensive health care

Abstract: Objective: The objective of this study was to inform the experience of nursing education professionals in the development and application of a realistic simulation method to readjust the process and treatment flow of patients with a new coronavirus in a reference unit of high cardiovascular complexity. Methods: This is a descriptive study, in the form of experience reports, developed a script that was applied to all professionals involved from the patient's reception at the hospital's entrance to the Intensive Care Unit. Results: Realistic simulation enabled us to list contributing factors in the identification of adjustment points in all units through which the patient traveled. Opportunities were identified to review personal protective equipment for the reception staff, support and companion, review of the management of care for Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome in the first service and in the tomography room, as well as the elaboration of a standard operational protocol for the institution. Conclusion: The use of realistic simulation as a method to understand the flow of patients with suspected coronavirus favored a greater perception of reality, evaluating behaviors, attitudes and technical skills that could influence the destruction of the virus's spreading barrier. Virus.
