dc.description.abstract	The author studied the notions of justice and violence that are defined in situational and relational modes. Examined the binomial violence-justice as an anthropological relationship between fact and law; and between the real models of observed behavior and ideal norms, or supposedly the notion that an occurred act in governance is the right act. From a theoretical perspective, the article discusses the appropriatness of violence and justice terms - presented in this paper - to the notion of social or collective representation.	pt_BR

dc.description.abstract-ptbr	En esta ponencia me interesa abordar las nociones de justicia y violencia en tanto términos nativos que se definen mutua y situacionalmente. Desde el punto de vista analítico, analizar el par "violencia/ justicia" partiendo de la relación antropológica entre hecho y ley, entre los modelos reales de comportamientos observados y las normas ideales que supuestamente los gobiernan (qué sucedió y qué era lo correcto hacer); para, desde un punto de vista teórico establecer si las nociones de justicia y violencia que surgen de esos trabaios conforman lo que puede llamarse una representación social (o colectiva).	pt_BR
