Construção do marco lógico e sugestão de indicadores para o Instituto Povos Do Mar (IPOM)

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to study a third sector institution and demystify the use of quantitative and qualitative indicators to measure the results and impacts of the institution on the lives of its beneficiaries. For this, it is necessary to understand the social context in which the target public of the institution is inserted, as well as the proposed activities and actions. When analyzing the register, interviewing the managers and compiling the literature and reports on the effects of surfing, it can be seen that the IPOM has a great potential to change several economic and social indicators of the children and adolescents attended. Among them, we highlight behavioral, school, social and health indicators. It is hoped that by using these metrics the institution can quantitatively measure the changes caused by it in the lives of these children and adolescents. And, later, it will be possible to carry out an economic evaluation in terms of the impact and economic return of IPOM.
