Formulação de políticas públicas de juventude: marcos normativos e instrumentos da agenda brasileira

Abstract

In recent decades in Brazil, social policies have gained space in institutional and legal debates. Among those often known by them is youth, whose meaning is often misinterpreted, in general, by the society to which it is integrated. However, due to the new revisions that currently have an important social role in this way, as the historical youth policies understood in the Brazilian, are considered by the design as international guidelines and by the magazines about the magazines their elaborations from the demands and rights of young people. In this, the question about a survey was sought to form the agenda of documents that answered the question about a long-term survey of relevant policy information through the government of an in-depth characterization along the policy documents defined by the government of a detailed age, filled out along the policies defined by the federal government, throughout the surveys, provided along the policies defined by the government. young people and the normative framework that governs youth policies in Brazil. The general objective that guided this work for an analysis of the institutional instruments in the formation of the federal agenda of youth policies in Brazil. It was up to the specific objectives for the projects' participation in the elaboration of this agenda and the promotion of youth citizenship before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.
