Analise estocástica de viabilidade econômica de projetos de intervenção em poços de petróleo considerando as incertezas de poco e de reservatório

Abstract

Interventions in oil wells are expensive procedures and uncertainties permeate the analyses of these projects in high degree. Thus arises the importance to evaluate a project economically, internalizing the uncertainties, and that allow a better allocation of available resources. This work aims the implementation of the Monte Carlo method in an automated system developed in Excel ® platform with the aid of the VBA programming language. The model detaches because of the simplicity in loading information, processing speed and ease of interpretation of the results. This tool presents itself as a useful tool for the analysis of the projects of intervention in wells.
