| Resumo: | A religiosidade se mostra presente no cotidiano do brasileiro. As expressões da crença em Cristo são as majoritárias nesse contexto. Este trabalho se põe na situação de analisar a administração realizada em contexto religioso, com foco na administração dos recursos de uma igreja batista regular de Fortaleza, no Ceará. Objetivou-se entender qual corrente entre Fayol, Taylor, Ford e Weber que era mais presente no cotidiano da igreja e da sua administração. Encontrou-se maior similaridade com o modelo proposto por Weber, principalmente por posicionar-se a favor da burocracia e da qualificação de pessoal. Os métodos usados foram a pesquisa documental, visto visualização de informações nos estatutos, nos relatórios financeiros e nas atas financeiras da igreja e a pesquisa-ação em que se baseou em um estudo de pesquisa ação pela vivência do autor com a igreja em estudo por um período como membro e por dois anos como tesoureiro. Ao buscar através das pesquisas é observado que a organização tem a forma de autoridade legal-racional, pois há normas e regras para que as operações fluam e mesmo com um nível de hierarquia plana e equiparada, existe o papel do pastor como responsável frente à igreja. |
| Abstract: | Religiosity is present in the daily life of Brazilians. Expressions of belief in Christ are the majority in this context. This paper sets out to analyze the administration performed in a religious context, focusing on the administration of the resources of a regular Baptist church in Fortaleza, Ceará. The objective was to understand which current between Fayol, Taylor, Ford and Weber was more present in the daily life of the church and its administration. Greater similarity was found with the model proposed by Weber, mainly because of its position in favor of bureaucracy and personnel qualification. The methods used were documentary research, as information was viewed in the church's bylaws, financial reports, and financial minutes, and action research was based on an action research study by the author's experience with the church being studied by an author. period as a member and for two years as treasurer. When searching through the research it is observed that the organization has the form of legal-rational authority, because there are norms and rules for the operations to flow and even with a level of flat and similar hierarchy, there is the figure of the pastor as responsible to the church. |
