dc.description.abstractThe present article aims to examine the upward use of Artificial Intelligence and the reflexes in the legal system. Thus, the guiding question of the research is centered in answering the possibilities, reflexes and risks coming from the application of this new technology. The method used was the systemic luhmannian standard and as bibliographic research technique. As a result of this research, it was verified that the advance in the use of Artificial Intelligence in the legal universe is already under way. In addition, the debate sought to foresee the possibilities and implications of the Artificial Intelligence in the legal scenario, since, rather than competing with it is to understand how it works and take advantage of the possibilities it can provide.pt_BR

dc.description.abstract-ptbrO presente artigo objetiva examinar a utilização ascendente da Inteligência Artificial e os reflexos no sistema do direito. Assim, a questão norteadora da pesquisa está centrada em responder quais as possiblidades, reflexos e riscos advindos da aplicação dessa nova tecnologia. Em termos de metodologia será adotada uma abordagem sistêmica de matriz luhmanniana e como técnica de pesquisa a bibliográfica. Como resultado do estudo realizado, verificou-se que o avanço na utilização da Inteligência Artificial no universo jurídico já está em curso. Além disso, o debate perquiriu antever as possibilidades e implicações da Inteligência Artificial no mundo jurídico, uma vez que, melhor que competir com ela é entender como ela funciona e tirar proveito das possibilidades que ela possa proporcionar.pt_BR
