Inspeção predial: estudo de caso do bloco 709 da universidade federal do ceará.

Abstract

The building inspection is the study that ensures that a building has minimal conditions of security and stability. An aging building can cause accidents if an inspection and maintenance plan is not carried out. In Brazil, current legislation already requires the certification of real estate. Fortaleza emerges as a municipality in which the building inspection is on the rise. In 2012, Law 9.9913 was created, this law requires the presence of a CIP (Certificate of Property Inspection) for different types of real estate. In this way, the building inspection is in the ascendant phase, creating and moving a job market of opportunities for civil engineers. This work is study case of a building inspection in block 709 located in the Technology Center at the Federal University of Ceará. The objectives are to carry out an inspection report following the current technical norms and the guidelines of IBAPE (Brazilian Institute of Evaluations and Expertise). The intention is to alert those responsible where there are incidents of problems in the building, list priorities of resolution of the same and propose corrective actions. The report consists of analyzing the various systems that exist in the building through the completion of checklists and the execution of photographic report. Upon termination of the work, the report will be given to a professional to ensure that the certificate of this appraisal and the approval of the maintenance plans are guaranteed through its ART.
