Ensino da climatologia no ambiente escolar, percebida através dos estágios.

Abstract

This work aims to reflect how students can relate the contents of Geography, especially Climatology, viewed in the classroom with their daily life, for this purpose was done a research with students of three public schools and these two of elementary school and a vocational high school. Through four subjects of Supervised Internship in Geography (I, II, III and IV), and over two years, the study was carried out through meetings and observations in the classroom in which questionnaires and interviews with the students were applied and with the teachers of the classes of students, being this 9th and 7th year of elementary school, and Computer Networks II and Nursing II of Vocational Education. In order to increase the work, observations were also made on the schools, bibliographic surveys and mediation meetings at the Universidade Federal do Ceará. Also mentioned here are the teaching practices of teaching professionals, as well as their teaching materials and methods. The results obtained through this research are presented here, with such results it was possible to perceive that the students are able to relate the contents of Geography with their daily life, however the students present many difficulties in talking about this in a more scientific, that is, understandable, should also be taken into account the students being of basic education. In some stages, it was seen as an extreme difficulty for the teacher to apply his / her class, either due to the infrastructure conditions or due to the students' behavior. This activity found some limitations both in the bureaucratic scope as well as in the difficulty of extracting data from the subjects observed in the school environment.
