Exclusão social no distrito da Jurema no município de Caucaia, Ceará

Abstract

This study aims to examine the level of social exclusion in the District Municipality of Juremas in Caucaia. The study is explanatory, quantitative and qualitative, based on primary data collected and distributed in the district in question, but also on secondary data from the IBGE, IPECE. His nature is also being Bibliographic that brings conceptual approaches of various authors. This work becomes interesting because this process within a historical district that is the quest for emancipation. The search for measurable data about the indicators of IES aims to bring accurate about it in Juremas district and the level of human development database. The results showed that the district has a low IES in all of the five indicators analyzed, and the differences are concentrated in the windows of garbage collection and sanitation, we also seek to compare the HDI in some municipalities of Ceará and compare with the HDI of the District of jurema estimated indirectly by IES. Where has shown good results.
