dc.description.abstractIn the present paper the hypothesis of study is based on the fact that the influence of the Frente Parlamentar da Agropecuária (FPA) in the decision making process and legal sphere and, also, in the formulation of public policies and, in particular, social public policies focused on/for the rural sector are essential to understand and confront the demands and disputes in the field. Therefore, it will be aimed to demonstrate that this trajectory of dominance and influence has, historically and contemporaneously, infringed not only the human and fundamental rights of rural workers but, above all, abandoning them in their dignity and citizenship, making social justice in the countryside unreachable.pt_BR

dc.description.abstract-ptbrNo presente artigo fundamenta-se a hipótese de estudo no fato de que a Frente Parlamentar da Agropecuária (FPA) influencia tanto a tomada de decisões em âmbito político e normativo, como também a formulação de políticas públicas e, em particular, das políticas públicas sociais focalizadas no/para o setor rural e que são imprescindíveis para entender e confrontar as demandas e os litígios no/do campo. Assim sendo, objetiva-se demonstrar que esta trajetória de domínio e influências têm, histórica e contemporaneamente, infringido não somente os direitos humanos e fundamentais das trabalhadoras e dos trabalhadores rurais mas, sobretudo, desamparando-os em sua dignidade e cidadania, tornando inacessível, desta forma, a justiça social no campo.pt_BR
