A mediação da biblioteca no processo de ensino-aprendizagem

Abstract

This research has as theme the contribution of the library in the teaching-learning process: the mediation of information in the evaluative process. The principal objective is investigate how occurs the participation of the library in its pedagogical dimension in the evaluative moment of the teaching-learning process. It opted for a methodology based on the qualitative research with the method of the multiple case study, viewing investigate two distinct realities: school library and university library. The relevance of this investigation is collaborate to a larger comprehension of the contribution of the library in the teaching-learning process, and, specially, subsidize theoretical references to the construction of methodologies that promote evaluative practices in education with the effective participation of the library. The decision of investigate this theme as a thesis project proposal, comes from the concerns inherent to this article’s author trajectory as teacher of disciplines allied to the theme and also as a branch of investigations made about the institution library. It expects with the developing this research shows a model of teaching evaluation that includes the library in the daily practice of the teaching-learning process.
