| Abstract in Portuguese: | Esta dissertação é um estudo de três obras literárias de Guimarães Rosa: “Grande Sertão: Veredas”, “Meu Tio o Iauaretê” e “Bicho Mau”. Este trabalho investiga a potência conceitual e poética desta literatura frente à antropologia. A partir destas três obras, o enfoque é sobre discussões a respeito dos mitos, paradoxos, rituais, simbolismo, tradução e linguagem. Sugere-se que nestes quadros há toda uma fortuna crítica e heurística, capaz de aventar diferentes horizontes tanto para a literatura rosiana, quanto para o campo da antropologia. |
| Abstract: | This dissertation is about the Guimarães Rosa’s literary production, especially “Grande Sertão: Veredas”, “Meu Tio o Iauaretê” and “Bicho Mau”. The aim is to explore the poetics and the concepts of Rosa’s work with the anthropological horizons. Taking these three literary productions, there is a reflection on Rosa’s works in its possible relationship with anthropology through the study of myths, paradoxes, rituals, symbolism, translation and language. This dissertation will examine the possibilities of approaching between the anthropological and literary horizons. |
