dc.description.abstractThis research is investigation into the phenomenon of intertextuality based on the intertextual relation analysis of three pieces of art in three different art languages: painting, literature and cinema. as corpus for the analysis was used: the three versions of Girl with the pearl earring: the picture from Johannes Vermeer, the novel from Tracy Chevalier and the film from Peter Webber. This investigation is fundamentally based on the theoretical studies of Genette (2010). The aim of the above mentioned analysis is to indicate the most relevant occurrence of intertextuality in the relationship among the three pieces of art from the viewpoint of Genette’s theory. Based on the results of the analysis we conclude that the study of this intertextual relationship is an example of a transtextual relationship of the type hypertextuality, which occurs by a transformation called transmodal transposition.pt_BR

dc.description.abstract-ptbrO presente trabalho apresenta investigação sobre o fenômeno da intertextualidade a partir da análise da relação intertextual entre três obras de diferentes linguagens artísticas: pintura, literatura e cinema. para isso, tomou-se como corpus de análise a obra Moça com brinco de pérola, em suas três versões: o quadro, de Johannes Vermeer; o romance, de Tracy Chevalier, e o filme, de Peter Webber. Esta investigação respaldou-se, fundamentalmente, nos estudos teóricos de Genette (2010). A referida análise tem por objetivo, à luz da teoria de Genette, apontar qual (quais) o (s) tipo (s) de ocorrência (s) intertextual (s) mais marcante (s) na relação entre as três obras. como resultado da análise, o estudo confirmou que a relação intertextual, no caso analisado, coloca-nos diante de um exemplo de relação transtextual, pertencente à categoria da hipertextualidade que ocorre por transformação do tipo transposição transmodal.pt_BR
