| Abstract in Portuguese: | A influência da literatura francesa, em particular dos poetas Mallarmé, Apollinaire e dos movimentos futurista e dadaísta na poesia concreta brasileira. Considerando como marco inicial da evolução crítica das formas o poema “Un Coup de dés” de Mallarmé, identificamos os precursores e examinamos alguns exemplos onde evidencia-se a dimensão espacial e gráfica da poesia. Para tais poetas, a visualidade é um dos elementos significantes essenciais da mensagem poética, o qual denota um de seus objetivos subjacentes: a síntese das artes, pintura, música e literatura. |
| Abstract: | The influence of French literature, particularly that of Mallarmé, Apollinaire and the futurist and Dadaist movements, can be observed in Brazilian Concrete poetry. Considering Mallarmé’s poem “Un Coup de dés”as the starting point in the critical evolution of forms, we identify the precursors, and examine some of their examples, where the space and graphic dimension of poetry is evident. For such poets, visuality is one of the significant elements essential to the poetic message, which denotes one of its underlying objectives: the synthesis of arts - painting, music and literature. |
