A importância da reorientação da pesquisa das ciências jurídicas na era pós-moderna

Abstract

This paper has the objective to analyze how the Natural Ciences discoveries in the XX century had transformed the human being and his social relations, the remaking of world order and the Earth. It has as well the goal to demonstrate that these transformations demands, during this Aftermodern Age, the return to the domain of the human being subjectivity - to the feelings (“le retours des sentiments”) in the field of the Biolaw, International law and Enviromental law researches. In this context, the importance of the reorientation of the juridical sciences researches is highlighted from the release of the prejudice of the educisionism to the scientific method and from the transcendence to the metaphysical, philosophical, social and politics investigations.
