Formação jurídica e efetividade do acesso metaindividual à justiça

Abstract

This paper has addressed the metaindividual interests as fundamental rights of the third dimension. Initially, it has listed the obstacles faced by the Judiciary in the accomplishment of collective protection and the possible solutions for alleviating these barriers. For this, the research exposed the traditional three process waves and then adds a fourth wave, embodied in the word education. It is up to the legal education in the country to contribute to the real formation of jurists, capable to perform their functions properly. Moreover, as a minimum contribution, it was concluded that the insertion of courses/subjects in tune with the metaindividual interests seems able to shorten the path to the effectiveness of collective protection.
