Tutela jurídica das "cidades digitais" na sociedade da informação como instrumento de inclusão cultural, social, econômica e ambiental, em face do direito ambiental constitucional brasileiro

Abstract

Starting from a reflection on the city`s change of nature, from classic pre-globalized city to the globalized one, the authors stress the mismatch between the globalized dimensions (economic, finances, environment) and non-globalized (society, cultures) in the world today. In this framework, they argue the need to understand the dynamics that are not limited to the dichotomy public/private and affirm the importance of framing the legal protection of digital networks in the digital environment, highlighting that this path will prove useful in the progressive affirmation of economic, social and global institutional realities, which tend to dominate human behavior.
