      <description>Título: Um framework para auxiliar docentes na construção de atividades com operações aritméticas básicas com os números em libras
Autor(es): Silva, Samuel Deolino da; Lima, Pedro Henrique Batista de
Abstract: According to the IBGE, 5% of the Brazilian population has hearing impairments and faces a barrier to communication during daily tasks. Communication for people with profound deafness occurs through Brazilian Sign Language (Libras). The objective of this work is to identify an alternative to assist teachers in creating activities for people who are beginning to learn numbers in Libras. A framework was developed that allows teachers to personalize activities with arithmetic operations involving Libras signs. The activities are generated automatically and gradually, combining numbers with Libras signs. In the validation, it was noted that 90% of the participants rated the satisfaction level between 9 and 10, highlighting the participants' acceptance.

      <title>Integração de abordagens lúdicas do ensino de processos de software</title>

      <description>Título: Integração de abordagens lúdicas do ensino de processos de software
Autor(es): Batista, Ricardo Davi da Silva
Abstract: The teaching of software processes at the Federal University of Ceará, Russas campus, is still&#xD;
predominantly conducted in a traditional manner, focusing on theoretical exposition. This paper&#xD;
presents a pedagogical experience based on playful dynamics using LEGO pieces, applied in&#xD;
the course Introduction to Software Processes. The activity involved 27 students, organized into&#xD;
groups with defined roles, who went through the stages of planning, execution, and review. The&#xD;
objective was the delivery of a documented prototype, followed by qualitative and quantitative&#xD;
evaluation. The results indicated that the methodology fostered greater engagement, creativity,&#xD;
adaptability to changes, and learning from mistakes. Most participants evaluated the experience as&#xD;
“Excellent” or “Very Good,” highlighting its contribution to the learning of software processes and&#xD;
its effectiveness compared to traditional methods. It is concluded that the use of playful dynamics&#xD;
not only supports the assimilation of technical content but also promotes the development of&#xD;
collaboration, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Abstract: With the rapid expansion of electronic commerce, companies have faced increasingly significant&#xD;
challenges related to customer retention, particularly due to the ease with which consumers&#xD;
can switch between providers. Customer turnover, or churn, has emerged as a critical factor&#xD;
affecting financial performance, as it entails potential revenue loss and higher costs associated&#xD;
with acquiring new customers. In this context, the application of machine learning techniques&#xD;
proved to be a promising approach for predicting user behavior and generating strategic insights&#xD;
to support churn-mitigation actions. With this purpose, the present study evaluated predictive&#xD;
models designed to estimate the probability that a product viewed in an e-commerce environment&#xD;
would be effectively purchased by the customer. The experiments were conducted using a&#xD;
public dataset available on the Kaggle platform. The study encompassed preprocessing, feature&#xD;
engineering, model training, and validation stages. The results obtained were compared with&#xD;
those reported in the literature, aiming to contribute to the improvement of predictive solutions&#xD;
applied to the electronic commerce sector

      <title>Sistema de Gerenciamento de Ativos de Zeladoria Urbana</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.ufc.br/handle/riufc/85011</link>
      <description>Título: Sistema de Gerenciamento de Ativos de Zeladoria Urbana
Autor(es): Santos, Brayan Anderson Vieira
Abstract: One of the major challenges in public administration is the efficient management of public&#xD;
assets intended for common use within the context of urban caretaking. Difficulties related to&#xD;
the identification, maintenance, monitoring, and prioritization of public asset demands directly&#xD;
impact the quality of services provided to the population and the efficient allocation of public&#xD;
resources. This work proposes the development of a software system for the management&#xD;
of urban assets, focusing on municipal public caretaking in small cities. The system enables&#xD;
the registration, geolocation, classification, and real-time management of service orders for&#xD;
assets such as pavement, public roads, trees, underground galleries, storm drains, fire hydrants,&#xD;
among other assets that impact urban mobility, essential services such as water and electricity&#xD;
distribution, and the prevention and mitigation of environmental disasters and exceptional&#xD;
weather events. By using modern technologies such as relational databases, web interfaces,&#xD;
and integration with interactive maps, the solution facilitates the exchange of information&#xD;
between managers, the population, and field teams. Additionally, it incorporates functionalities&#xD;
for generating service orders, tracking maintenance status, issuing reports, and conducting&#xD;
performance analysis and public audits. The proposal aims to ensure transparency, reduce&#xD;
response times to urban caretaking demands, and optimize the operational sustainability of&#xD;
public management. The results obtained through simulated tests and research on similar&#xD;
systems demonstrate the feasibility of the system’s operation, promoting improvements in quality&#xD;
of life for the population in areas such as safety, mobility, and health.
