      <description>Título: Revista Agulha
Autor(es): Carneiro, Andrynne de Sousa; Rodrigues, Olivia Gonçalves
Abstract: This paper comprises the production of Revista Agulha, a print and digital&#xD;
pocket-sized magazine. The project is a quarterly publication focused on the&#xD;
relationship between fashion and music, exploring various aspects of both fields. Its&#xD;
goal is to serve as an informative and encyclopedic source on musical genres and&#xD;
subgenres, styles, trends, and related behaviors. This report discusses the&#xD;
production of issue 0 of the magazine, which centers on rock music and three of its&#xD;
branches: glam rock, punk rock and emo rock. It also details the editorial and&#xD;
creative process behind the publication — from graphic choices (such as logo, color&#xD;
palette, and typography) to editorial decisions (such as the journalistic formats&#xD;
adopted and the naming of the product). The theoretical framework outlines the&#xD;
knowledge acquired on topics such as culture, rock music, cultural journalism,&#xD;
fashion journalism, magazine journalism, reportage, profiles, service pieces, and&#xD;
opinion articles. Finally, the report reflects on the overall magazine production&#xD;
process, addressing the challenges faced throughout.

      <description>Título: Sair para pescar: histórias de pescadores do Grande Mucuripe
Autor(es): Lira, Livia do Vale; Pinheiro, Rayanne Cristina da Silva
Abstract: This technical report presents the process of creating the book-length report "Going Out&#xD;
Fishing: Stories of Fishermen from Greater Mucuripe," presented as a final project in&#xD;
Journalism at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC). The main objective of this work is to&#xD;
present the life stories and resilience of five artisanal fishermen from the Mucuripe region, a&#xD;
neighborhood in the city of Fortaleza, Ceará, through journalistic profiles, a textual format&#xD;
within the interpretative genre. The following fishermen were profiled, whose stories were&#xD;
accessed through in-depth interviews: Wesley Amaral, Antônio Banqueiro, Jeová Nojosa,&#xD;
Francisco Nojosa, and Maria Cabelão. Throughout this work, we narrate and reflect on their&#xD;
experiences, challenges, affections, stories, and experiences linked to the sea, highlighting the&#xD;
life stories of these professionals who have or have had fishing as their primary source of&#xD;
income and, consequently, their means of survival. The book seeks to highlight not only the&#xD;
memories of these people, but also their almost daily struggles in a profession as challenging&#xD;
as it is rewarding.

      <title>Documentário Aqui eh 085: histórias da cena das danças urbanas em Fortaleza</title>

      <description>Título: Documentário Aqui eh 085: histórias da cena das danças urbanas em Fortaleza
Autor(es): Duarte, Larissa Martins Santos; Maia, Thais Simião
Abstract: This report addresses the theoretical and technical approaches involved in the creation of the&#xD;
feature-length audiovisual documentary “This is 085: Stories from Fortaleza’s Urban Dance&#xD;
Scene”, which seeks to bring to light the narratives, challenges, and strategies of resistance of&#xD;
urban-style dancers who shape the city’s cultural scene. The project investigates how these&#xD;
individuals build a sense of belonging, occupy urban spaces, and confront the lack of public&#xD;
policies and social prejudice, highlighting the role of urban dance as a tool for artistic&#xD;
expression and social transformation. To produce this work, the trajectories of two central&#xD;
characters were followed, alongside a broader observation of Fortaleza’s urban dance scene&#xD;
through the perspectives of various practitioners, mapping the styles that comprise it and how&#xD;
it is organized between academic contexts and performances in battles and competitions at&#xD;
festivals. Ultimately, the documentary seeks to answer the question that drives the entire&#xD;
production: Who are the faces that bring dance to life in Fortaleza?

      <title>Comunicação organizacional e pública plataformizadas: um estudo sobre a comunicação da Prefeitura Municipal de Cascavel/CE no Instagram</title>
      <link>http://repositorio.ufc.br/handle/riufc/83947</link>
      <description>Título: Comunicação organizacional e pública plataformizadas: um estudo sobre a comunicação da Prefeitura Municipal de Cascavel/CE no Instagram
Autor(es): Silva, Lindemberg Bernardo
Abstract: The growing dependence on centralized digital infrastructures, such as online platforms, has&#xD;
profoundly transformed communication by mediating social interactions and converting them&#xD;
into valuable data. This phenomenon redefines the dynamics of organizational and public&#xD;
communication, increasingly shaped by the logic of social media platforms. Given this&#xD;
scenario, the actions of the Municipal Government of Cascavel/CE on Instagram are a&#xD;
relevant object of study for understanding how public institutions adapt to this digital&#xD;
environment. This research seeks to analyze the organizational and public communication of&#xD;
the Municipal Government on Instagram, exploring its characteristics and dynamics in the&#xD;
context of web platformization. To this end, a qualitative approach was adopted, with a single&#xD;
descriptive case study. Data were collected using three methods: an interview with the&#xD;
communications coordinator, a documentary analysis of the posts on the official profile, and&#xD;
an electronic questionnaire administered to the public of the Municipality of Cascavel. The&#xD;
analysis was conducted based on the operators “Platform Governance and Systemic&#xD;
Responsibility” and “Content Management and Production,” allowing us to identify the main&#xD;
challenges faced, such as the relationship with the platform, bureaucratic barriers, gaps in the&#xD;
promotion of media literacy, and difficulties in combating misinformation. The results&#xD;
demonstrate that public communication in digital environments is a constantly evolving field,&#xD;
requiring not only technological adaptation but also strategic reflection on its role in society.&#xD;
In addition, the study reinforces the need for greater regulation of digital platforms to ensure&#xD;
transparency and autonomy in organizational and public communication, ensuring that it&#xD;
fulfills its democratic role in an efficient and accessible manner.
