    <title>Inclusão de estudantes com deficiência visual nas licenciaturas em música no estado do Ceará: desafios e perspectivas</title>

Abstract: The work presented through this research considered the inclusion of blind students in the&#xD;
Music Degrees of the Higher Education Institutions in the state of Ceará. It aimed to develop a&#xD;
reflection on the process of music training of people with disabilities – PWDs – in HEIs.&#xD;
Questions were asked about the process of training in music, material used, blind&#xD;
teacher/student relationship, facilities with assistive technologies, language acquisition,&#xD;
knowledge of the visually impaired in Braille Musicography. The constitution of the field, the&#xD;
habitus and the capitals was probed, according to the process of formation of these students,&#xD;
based on Bourdieu's theory. Forms and semi-structured interviews were used with the blind&#xD;
students of the HEIs about the training process, the relationship with the field of higher&#xD;
education in music, the admission of the PWD student, the reasons that led him to seek training&#xD;
in music, his relationship before, during and after graduation with music. Regarding the training&#xD;
process, it was relevant to know about the teacher's performance, what materials were or are&#xD;
used in the teaching process, what was the knowledge of braille musicography of the agents&#xD;
involved, how equity of knowledge was provided between the student with disabilities and&#xD;
student without Disabilities. In this sense, we aimed to understand the process of inclusion of&#xD;
students with visual impairment, specifically blindness, in the Degree Courses in Music in&#xD;
public institutions in the State of Ceará. The analysis of the data pointed to challenges that still&#xD;
need to be overcome in attitudinal, architectural, and informational inclusion. The data collected&#xD;
show a small excerpt of how the blind students, protagonists of this research, have perceived&#xD;
the course and the suggestions for improving the musical training of the visually impaired&#xD;
student.

Abstract: This research investigates the presence, reception, and sense of belonging of bodies that deviate from aesthetic and socioeconomic norms subtly imposed by Brazilian cultural institutions and urban spaces, focusing on museums and public areas in Fortaleza (CE). Grounded in an autobiographical and theoretical-practical approach through performance art, the study presents the artistic work Álvaro as a result of these investigations. It draws on the researcher’s personal experience as an art educator and visual artist marked by exclusion, surveillance, and subalternization. The research examines how colonial and necropolitical mechanisms (Mbembe) continue to operate, while also exploring practices of resistance and re-existence inspired by the concept of aquilombamento (Nascimento). Methodologically, it combines autobiographical narratives, sentimental cartography (Rolnik), spiral time (Martins), and performance as both a methodological and political device. The project engages with contemporary artists and proposes the displacement of dissident bodies into nontraditional art spaces—such as squares, street markets, and urban terminals—fostering contemporary forms of aquilombamento as aesthetic, political, and affective gestures. Ultimately, it articulates art, education, and performance as practices capable of challenging institutional hegemonies and redefining ways of being, inhabiting, and producing urban subjectivities.

Abstract: The stereotypical representations of the witch-woman in audiovisual productions are rooted in the interest of maintaining conservative norms, reinforced through mass media communication (Foucault, 2004). This study analyzes the representational possibilities of the witch figure beyond the North American and European contexts, focusing on the Chilean film Sorcery (2023) and incorporating a Latin American perspective. To this end, we engage with the theoretical framework of Machado (2019) and Federici (2017; 2019; 2023). The analysis proceeds through a symptomatology of time based on Burckhard (1961), and through a montage-based reading of the film’s visual découpage, drawing on Aby Warburg’s method (2015). The outcome of this research will be a visual essay composed from a perspective ch’ixi of Silvia Cusicanqui(2015) and the new mestiza of Anzaldúa (2012), establishing parallels with works by Latin American visual artists and images from other media, in pursuit of a visual knowledge Didi-Huberman (2013).

    <title>Chocolates bean to bar veganos com cacau cearense: processo criativo, caracterização físico-química, sensorial e perfil do consumidor</title>

Abstract: The bean-to-bar movement is emerging as a sustainable alternative to conventional cocoa and chocolate production, emphasizing aspects such as sustainable and traceable cocoa farming, fair trade with producers, artisanal production, and consumer education. This study developed four formulations of vegan bean-to-bar chocolates using cocoa grown in the Jaguaribe Valley (CE) and regional ingredients. The formulations consisted of an intense 70% cocoa chocolate (C70); an intense 70% cocoa chocolate with cashew-raisin and cashew nut almond inclusions (CC70); a 50% cocoa chocolate with cashew milk (C50); and a white chocolate with cashew milk (CB). The first chapter presents a literature review, providing an updated overview of the bean-to-bar model and the science of chocolate. The second chapter explores, through experience reports and focus groups, local cocoa farming, consumer perceptions of bean-to-bar chocolates and their packaging, the creative and production process, the developed formulations, and the scientific dissemination of the research. The third chapter presents the physicochemical and sensory characterization of the products, which were analyzed for centesimal composition, lipid profile, instrumental texture, mineral content, optical microscopy, and consumer testing. The fourth chapter describes the sociodemographic and emotional profile of chocolate consumers, segmenting them based on their cognitive profile using an analytical-holistic approach. As a result, the four formulations demonstrated good sensory acceptability (ratings ranging from “liked it slightly” to “liked it very much”), a healthy nutritional profile, and market potential, particularly formulation C50, demonstrating that it is possible to develop vegan chocolates with high sensory and nutritional quality, catering to diverse consumer niches. These consumers exhibit varied purchasing and consumption profiles, prioritizing factors ranging from economic considerations to the experimentation with new flavors and sensations. By integrating the different dimensions that span the bean-to-bar production chain, the research contributes to positioning Gastronomy beyond the development of new foods, consolidating an emerging field that connects the science of cocoa with sustainability and territorial valorization.
