For this purpose, quantitative and descriptive research was conducted, using the survey method. The instrument adopted was the Service Performance (SERVPERF) scale, which evaluates the dimensions Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Security, and Empathy. The data collected were analyzed through basic descriptive statistics. It wasfound that the research showsthat notary offices have a high level of reliability and security, but face challenges in the agility of service and user experience. Supply chain resilience has been widely studied as a key factor in mitigating the impacts of disruptions and ensuring operational continuity. This study aimed to discuss the state of the art in research on supply chain resilience strategies from 2014 to 2024. To achieve this, a systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted. Articles published in the Web of Science and Scopus databases were analyzed using the R software, the Bibliometrix package, and its Biblioshiny extension. The results highlighted the importance of supplier diversification, the adoption of emerging technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence, and collaboration among supply chain agents in mitigating risks and recovering from disruptive events. However, a gap was identified in the literature regarding empirical studies that validate the applicability of these strategies across different sectors. For this purpose, data extracted from two records of the World Bank and the United Nations Development Program were used. Ultimately, an unbalanced panel was developed, where the selected countries were analyzed over the period between 2000 and 2020. The calculations were performed using, initially, the Fuzzy-Set methodology and, in addition, the dice model was applied in the panel. as effect done. To better understand the data within the study and for the calculation of the regressions, the IQI (Institutional Quality Index) was also developed. The results indicate a positive relationship between GDP per capita and the quality of institutions, indicating that countries with greater economic development tend to present more efficient institutions and vice-versa. Analyzing the Human Development Index (HDI), it can be concluded that countries with more solid institutions tend to have higher levels of HDI, showing that there is a relationship between economic and social development and the quality of the institutional environment. For this purpose, initially the research presents decision making in the light of Behavioral Economics and Neuroeconomics. Next, a contextualization regarding procrastination is presented. Throughout the study, the importance of taxpayers' fiscal responsibility was emphasized, highlighting the need to comply with legal deadlines. Failure to comply with these deadlines may result in financial losses and legal complications, affecting the taxpayers' tax situation. A combination of literature review and data analysis is used to understand the phenomenon and propose strategies to deal with it. The results obtained in the research showed that late submission of income tax returns is not only a personal problem, but also a social and financial challenge. The importance of joint action by society, tax authorities and financial institutions to promote fiscal responsibility and reduce delays was emphasized. It is intended, therefore, that the data from this study can be used to encourage discussion of the importance of the topic and serve as a basis for the elaboration and implementation of policies and measures that encourage early and full compliance with tax obligations, thus improving compliance and minimizing negative impacts.
