Título: A Implantação de um sistema de qualidade em uma empresa envasadora de água mineral: o caso indaiá Autor(es): Campos, Eloar de Goes Abstract: This monograph discourses on Quality Management, presenting a case study of a mineral water bottler company: Indaid Fortaleza. To understand the development of the subject, the description and evolution of the quality in the world had been analyzed in detail, pointing its consequences with respect to organizations in a general way. A bibliographical revision on the subject was carried out studying subjects related to quality and the link between the theory and the reality of the studied company, with special emphasis in the norm ISO 9001:2000. As a conclusion it was presented a methodology proposal that includes the elaboration of a Good Practices of Manufacture Manual, the Hazard Analysis and Critical Points of Control (HACPC), a training in 5 S philosophy for all the employees, and a comprehension of quality training, what facilitates the implantation of the procedures required by the norm ISO 9001. Título: Avaliação de desempenho de fornecedores: uma proposta para uma indústria metalúrgica de grande porte Autor(es): Silva Filho, Roberto Braule Pinto Monteiro da Abstract: Nowadays the companies need ever and again to notice which are the right partners to choose for run the competition way with them. These partners are suppliers that contribute to increase the quality, productivity, costs, service and must be integrated with the customers needs. The suppliers influence in the companies financial results is directly proportional to raw material participation in the final cost of the product. For example, the lasting good manufacture industries who have many production process which use a plenty quantity of raw materials. For this kind of industry, the suppliers have a great influence. That is why this work intend to create a performance valuation for the raw material suppliers of Esmaltec, a metallurgical industry which products household appliances. The valuation model developed in this work is supposed to be used by the purchase department and the used criterions are the following: competitiveness, quality, productivity, punctuality, service and commercial terms compliance. A burden is given for which of them according to their relative importance. The suppliers receive an evaluation for each criterion according to their performance in that criterion, what also helps to choose the best supplier. So the main goal of the work, which is the creation of a performance index (Id), is achieved. This index will work as a support for the supplier department to evaluate the supply options during the purchase processes of raw materials. Tipo: TCC
