Abstract: This article was written based on promoting a
remote workshop about the Mendeley Reference
Manager, as part of the VI Seminário
Internacional de Informação para a Saúde
(SINFORGEDS 2021). In this respect, it was
established three objectives, which are:
describing the steps that made possible the
development of a script for producing an
instructional video; introducing the new
dashboard of the Mendeley Reference Manager;
and proposing a content description to the
instructional video and also its search on online
catalog. The methodology consisted of three
steps: by planning a remote workshop on Google
Meet; an exploratory study on Mendeley; and by
describing the audiovisual content which was
recorded from Google Meet and, after that,
available on YouTube. As results, the article
presents some dimensions and guidelines to
draw up a remote workshop; a summary of the
Mendeley Reference Manager features; and the
description of each topic on Mendeley,
categorized on YouTube and also on Online
Public Access Catalog (OPAC). At the end, the
article concludes that Mendeley is an important
tool which is available to carry academic
activities out, such as editing, sharing, importing
and exporting citations and references.

Abstract: Digital information and communication
technologies (DICT) were and are being great
allies of Education in the context of the pandemic.
In this way, not only the classes provided for in
the curricula were adapted to the remote model,
but also most of the events and meetings,
especially those of a scientific nature. This is an
experience report, through which the details of
how the breakout rooms (simultaneous rooms)
of Google Meet were used as a strategy to
facilitate a workshop held at the VI International
Seminar on Health Information (SINFORGEDS).
The remote inverted classroom strategy was
used, with prior delivery of content to the
participants, who developed, in a remote,
synchronous, and collaborative way, digital
educational resources, with the tools Canva,
Google Sites, Google Forms and PowerPoint
online, divided into simultaneous themed rooms
through Google Meet. Participants registered
satisfaction with the adopted strategy,
excitement with the practical experimentation of
what they had learned, and with the interaction
with the facilitators, and were eager to explore
the tools in the other thematic rooms. Future
workshop offerings should be planned in a way
that promotes the full experience for
participants.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the characteristics,
potentials and challenges for using Google
Classroom as an environment for carrying out
activities in the Distance Education modality. In
addition, some examples of the use of this
platform are briefly exposed. The work has a
qualitative character and is based on
bibliographical and documental analysis. He also
made use of netnography for data collection. It
concludes by pointing out aspects that positively
impact the adoption of Google Classroom and also
points out points that need more attention about
the platform.

Abstract: Although medical records are very old and have a
long history of evolution, it was only in the 20th
century that medical records were the object of
specific knowledge treatment. Register the cases
and assistance and then discuss them; learning and
using these records has enabled the health sciences
to develop and advance. The management of health
records and information identifies a link as a
fundamental practice for access, scientific
advancement and governance of the health system.
This article aims to analyze the importance of
classifying medical records and health information
with the case in the ICD, in addition to presenting
the basic result techniques.
