Título: Análise de eficiência de lojas do setor do varejo de moda por meio da metodologia Análise Envoltória de Dados Autor(es): Carneiro, Rebeca Farias Abstract: In a sector marked by high competitiveness and constant search for higher participation in the market share, it is essential for the fashion retail to carry out the performance evaluation of the company's units, especially the operational efficiency. In this context, the goal of this study is to analyse the efficiency of the units of a fashion retail company through Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) during january to december of 2017. To achieve this, a quantitative analysis of these units was made through the selection of six variables, two inputs and four outputs, considered relevant for the organization and applied the BCC model and the inverted frontier technique, using the R program, to measure the efficiency of units. Thus, after the methodology application, it was possible to identify, among the 21 units of study, the unit benchmarking among those evaluated. In conclusion, it was possible to measure the efficiency of units using a single indicator, resulted from the correlation of six variables selected, and the results presented in the organization had positive repercussions, such as the creation of an annual routine to study the efficiency of units in the company. Título: Estudo da viabilidade econômica sobre implantação do processo de recuperação plástica em indústria calçadista a partir da aplicação de Gerenciamento de Projetos Autor(es): Barreto Neto, Roberto Abstract: The fierce competition in the footwear industry in Brazil, characterized by the massive presence of the imported product and incessant search for the reduction of manufacturing costs, leads to the development of solutions and the improvement of production techniques. The main objective of this work is to perform the economical analysis of the implantation of a plastic recovery process in a footwear industry from the application of the tools of project management. It is also available to present the procedural improvements generated from an innovative solution. During the presentation of the case, expose and apply the concepts and tools present in some of the areas of knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), as well as to study and use the formation of cash flow and the calculation of indicators belonging to the analysis economic development. In conclusion, analyze the economic indicators that signal the success in the return of the investment demanded for the implantation, also observing the benefits provided by the improvement of the technique of production. Título: Avaliação ergonômica do posto de trabalho de pessoa com deficiência física Autor(es): Viana, Fabrício Cavalcante Abstract: Quality of life, workplace health and safety are important requirements nowadays, because the companies seek certifications in standards ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 which deal to items aimed make the work environment suited for man, minimizing possible health damages caused by labor execution incorrectly. Considering that improvement in work environment is a continuous process and should involves all employees in the elimination health risk factors, this paper aims analyze the wheelchair user workplace and to propose improvements in the execution of his activities making them more suitable to his physical limitations. The methodology adopted in this paper is on descriptive type in relation to the objectives, based in bibliographic research, desk research and case study; the nature of research has applied characteristics with qualitative approach. In case study, were applied these methods and techniques: activities’ observation with photo records, anthropometry, workplace measurements, Nordic Questionnaire, interview and Couto’s Check-List. The results show that adaptations are necessaries in areas such as: layout, furnishing and facilities. Finally, there are suggested improvements with the aim to adapt the workplace to the employee, promoting health, safety e welfare. Tipo: TCC

Título: Modelagem de processos em intervenções de manutenção em uma refinaria de petróleo no Ceará utilizando BPMN Autor(es): Alves, Maclaude de Lima Abstract: The Business Process Management - BPM enables standardize business processes to maximize productivity and efficiency. The BPM solutions also serve to measure, analyze and improve business management and processes of a company. The implementation of BPM in the enterprise brings benefits such as elimination of rework, unnecessary costs, standardization of tasks, improving the flow of information management systems. Thus, the objective of this work is the modeling of the processes of maintenance work in an oil refinery using the BPM. The work begins with a description of the concepts of process modeling. Then, from observations of the characteristics used in the refinery management interventions under study, as well as the appropriateness of the tools used, presents an adaptation of process modeling within the methodology of BMPN. The work ends with the presentation of a mapping of the processes involved in the cycle of maintenance operations at the refinery. Tipo: TCC
