Abstract: The proposal of the text is to analyze the relationship among power and norms in Carl Schmitt's political realism and your ontological and epistemological presuppositions. The fundamental subject is the consistence of that political reflection when adopting an analytic of the power that is expressed in the agonistic relationship between friends and enemies and when in pragmatist way affirm the legitimation of the norms starting from those facts relationships. Through the work of Schmitt, get up the hypothesis that your political realism should demand an anti-realistic understanding of the knowledge and to affirm that the norms are produced in a practical context. Besides, if the politics relationships are relationships of force, the games of power create norms that reject a priori foundation and search for your legitimacy in some form of power inside the social relationships. Then, there is what Schmitt calls die normative Kraft des Faktischen that reveals the pragmatic element of your philosophy. However, if the link worked between political realism and anti-realism in knowledge and the pragmatic reading that assures that the normative has origin in the throws of the games among the forces they are coherent, the only possible form of knowledge in the politics is through a agonistic perspective or, in a Schmitt's language, of a knowledge partisan. Like this, the reading about the relationship among power and norms in the Schmitt’s realism political offer new perspectives in subjects as the justification of norms and epistemology political.
