| Resumo: | Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar o nível de florescimento de estudantes universitários cearenses. A relevância desta temática se deve à importância da atividade de estágio para a formação profissional do estudante e da necessidade analisar o impacto desta atividade para o florescimento dos estudantes. Para atingir o objetivo deste estudo foram estabelecidos os seguintes objetivos específicos: i) verificar a relação das variáveis sociodemográficas obtidas por meio da pesquisa com o nível de florescimento no trabalho dos respondentes e ii) analisar qual dos fatores de florescimento é mais evidente para os entrevistados. O referido estudo partiu das seguintes hipóteses: i) não há diferença no nível de florescimento entre os gêneros e há diferença no nível de florescimento de acordo com o semestre do curso e ii) admite-se que o Fator 1 (percepção da contribuição do trabalho para jovem) é mais evidente para os respondentes. Utilizou-se como base o referencial teórico sobre a Psicologia Positiva (que aborda os aspectos virtuosos dos indivíduos) e o Florescimento (que representa um estado de pleno desenvolvimento humano), além de conceituações e pesquisas sobre a atividade de Estágio. A metodologia utilizada foi quantitativa, descritiva, com pesquisa de campo realizada pelo método survey junto a 171 estudantes universitários cearenses. Os resultados apontam que não há diferença no nível de florescimento entre os gêneros tampouco diferença entre os semestres do curso, que é mais significativa para o estudante a contribuição do trabalho para ele que sua própria contribuição para o trabalho e que os maiores níveis de florescimento estão associados a maiores níveis de renda; tendo sido confirmadas parcialmente as hipóteses inicialmente levantadas. Em futuras pesquisas, indica-se a necessidade de empreender estudos qualitativos que aprofundem a relação entre o florescimento e as atribuições do estagiário, bem como a correspondência entre a atividade de estágio tradicional e as atividades de pesquisa, monitoria e extensão (desenvolvidas na Universidade). |
| Abstract: | This research aims to investigate the level of flourishing Ceará college students. The relevance of this issue is due to the importance of stage activity for vocational training student and the need to analyze the impact of this activity to the flourishing of the students. To achieve the objective of this study the following specific objectives were established: i) verify the relationship of sociodemographic variables obtained through research with the flourishing level in the work of the respondents and ii) to analyze which of flowering factors is most evident for respondents . The study started from the following assumptions: i) there is no difference in the level of flourishing between genders and no difference in flourishing level according to the half of the course and ii) it is assumed that the Factor 1 (perception of the contribution of labor for young) is more evident for respondents. Was used as the theoretical framework based on Positive Psychology (which covers the positive aspects of individuals) and Flourishing (which is a state of full human development), as well as concepts and research on the stage of activity. The methodology used was quantitative, descriptive, with field research carried out by the method survey with the 171 Ceará college students. The results show that there is no difference in the level of flourishing between genders nor difference between the semesters of the course, which is more significant for the student contribution of labor to him that his own contribution to the work and that the greatest flourishing levels are associated with higher income levels; having partially been confirmed first hypotheses formulated. In future research, indicates the need to undertake qualitative studies to further investigate the relationship between flowering and tasks of the intern and the correspondence between the traditional stage of activity and research, monitoring and extension (developed at the University). |
