| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | Apresenta algumas reflexões sobre o papel da memória na construção da história institucional a partir de conceitos teóricos que fundamentam a pesquisa intitulada Memória e Representação da Informação: Gestores do Passado Influenciando o Presente e o Futuro das Organizações, que está sendo realizada durante os anos de 2004 e 2005, na Universidade Federal do Ceará. Evidencia que, nas últimas décadas, historiadores e cientistas sociais têm dado à narrativa um papel de destaque em suas pesquisas contemporâneas, representando um importante território para o estudo das experiências, representações mentais e leitura de uma realidade próxima das manifestações humanas. Nesse sentido, se percebe uma gama de possibilidades, cuja característica marcante é a inserção da construção da memória no tempo e no espaço presentes, sua duração, ritmo e movimento, sempre sujeitos a mudanças e novos olhares, que podem constituir ricos acervos sociais em prol da memória organizacional. |
| Abstract: | This research shows some reflections about the function of memory in construction of the institutions memories begining for basic concepts in this research. Memory and Information Representation: Manages in past influence of the present and the future of Organizations. This analysis was realized between the years 2004 and 2005, in the Federal University of Ceará. We perceived, during the last years, that historian and social scientists have given very importance in their contemporany researches to narrative, they have given an important space to studies of experiences, mind representations and readings of human reality. In this direction, we have some perceptions to special characteristics in memory construction in space and present time, its lenght, rate and movement, always being enable to changings and new perceptions on a construction of a rich stock social in favor of organization memory. |
