| Resumo: | O artigo inicia com a análise das complexidades relacionais existentes entre as instituições, nelas incluída o Estado, e as pessoas. Na sequencia é realizado um estudo sobre as instituições, fruto da elaboração humana e a função social que desempenham, tratando da questão da claustrofobia social e o caso especialmente problemático da constatação do bloqueio da vida institucional. Ao final é realizada uma síntese, indicando como soluções a construção da felicidade no âmbito das instituições, enquanto elemento do cosmopolitismo constitucional, por meio da plena dignidade do ser humano, e o estabelecimento de um ambiente de paz, com a finalidade de resolver a crise institucional atual. |
| Abstract: | The article begins with the analysis of relational complexities between the institutions, the State included in them, and people. In the sequence a study is carried out on the institutions, result of the human elaboration and the social function what they fulfill, treating the question of the social claustrophobia and the especially problematic case of the observation of the blockade of the institutional life. At the end of a synthesis is carried out, indicating as solutions the construction of the happiness in the scope of the institutions, while element of constitutional cosmopolitism, through the full dignity of the human being, and the establishment of a peaceful environment, in order to resolve the current institutional crisis. |
